Summary: I led experience design for a suite of products and services to address gaps and complexities in the global healthcare supply chain. My efforts resulted in significant enhancements to the flagship procurement exchange platform and products, as well as the development of next-generation solutions, offering unprecedented innovations for manufacturers, suppliers, providers, and patients.

Situation: I worked across a portfolio of ~11 supply chain solutions that addressed procurement challenges with the global healthcare supply chain, serving manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and providers. The core solution was a procurement data exchange product called MyExchange. This product was built on a data exchange engine that surfaced the right information to the right user at the right time during the procurement process. A series of additional products integrated with the core exchange platform providing support for cleaning, entering, and managing procurement data.
My Role: Research, Discovery, Interviews, Personas, Journey Mapping, Flow Diagrams, UX & UI Design, Vendor Management,
Result: My efforts contributed to the successful definition and redesign of 11 software products, resulting in GHX recognizing significant cost savings and increased customer satisfaction due to efficient and intuitive design and consistency across products. Design Thinking and visioning workshops established 3-5 year roadmaps for products and technologies, and seeded product, design, and technical workstreams. Through UX/DT/UCD education and evangelization employees were empowered to deliver results that truly impacted users and changed the way GHX did business.
