What: Redesign of Total Rewards Optimization tool to address user feedback. A tool that helps determine if benefits offered to employees are what they value most, by correlating employee survey data into different visualizations.
My Role: Lead, Research, Discovery, Interviews, Personas, Participatory Design, Affinity Mapping, Journey Mapping
Result: Successfully released product improvements, that addressed user pain points and needs, as well as aligned with our consulting service strategy.
